Why travel to France, Switzerland or the States to learn when I can come to you? I have all the kit and equipment needed to run a hands on one or two day course in either Chocolate or Pulled Sugar in your hotel, local college or suitable venue. Ideally a minimum of 10 people attending but subject to your requirements.
