My objective has always been to become the complete chef. I have worked in many kitchens to gain the appropriate skills and experience to achieve this level of competency.
I am an accomplished Culinary Demonstrator, tutor and mentor and very comfortable with any audience.
After winning the Caterer and Hotel Keepers Best dish in Britain I completed five programmes for Carlton T.V. slotting in between Raymond Blanc and James Martin.
I have demonstrated on 3 occasions at the Skills for Chefs event in Sheffield, the Scottish Chefs Conference and many many more.
